The ski shop in the hotel was absolutely horrible, as the staff were rude and unhelpful. we received no service even after waiting, so much for a 'luxury' experience! no rose wine at the bar, such a shame! almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t due to the overall lack of attention to detail.

Skiing in Avoriaz 🏔️

The view from our room was absolutely stunning—perfect for a morning coffee on the balcony. Brekkie was lekker with proper poached eggs and pastries! The ski store room was a great space for keeping our gear warm and toasty after an epic day on the slopes.

The dinner buffet could’ve done with a bit more of a local twist instead of the same stuff every night.

The location is superb for skiing, with easy access to the slopes. Loved the entertaining shows, but let's be real—Moulin Rouge with kids? A bit awkward! The bar area was newly renovated and quite lovely.

The bedrooms with a view are tiny, and the beds are basically the twin size ninjas of the hotel—never stay together! Regular cleaning could use some TLC, too.

I enjoyed the ski-in/ski-out access at this resort. The service was efficient and made my holiday easy. I loved that I could help myself to wine at meals. Once, I sat outside on the terrace with a warm drink after skiing all day. The activities kept me engaged, and I appreciated the kids' club for families. It felt friendly. I had no issues spending my winter holiday here.

Some staff were unhelpful at times. The ski lockers had limited space, and I struggled to store all my equipment. The noise in the bar during evening entertainment could be disruptive.

i had a fantastic stay and was pleasantly surprised by how much better it was than my previous experiences in avoriaz. the all-inclusive meals were of high quality, and the bar offered great drinks too. the ski-in/ski-out access made hitting the slopes super convenient and truly enjoyable.

i loved the superb views from my room over the beautiful resort and beyond. The excellent accessibility to the ski slopes just a short stroll away made my stay even more enjoyable. the bar area was really lovely and a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring the surroundings.

Had a fab time enjoying the lovely spa and relaxing in the sauna after a long day of skiing. The evening shows were a highlight, especially the fun atmosphere they created. One small issue was that the breakfast could run low on options towards the end, but overall, I’d say it’s worth a visit! ☕

Great for couples looking for a decent stay

I enjoyed the ski-in/ski-out access, just like you wanted. The evening meals were also satisfactory, which means more time to relax after the slopes, you know?.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but still acceptable for what we got.
